The Kent shows encourage visitors to experience contemporary images within the bones of an historic structure, providing a unique tour of mid-19th-century architecture enhanced by modern forms.
This year, participants capture the tension of line and color intrinsically, revealing energy and visual vitality. Whether in concept or in presentation, selected works celebrate verve and unveil vibrant forces. Combinations of raw materials, objects, and traditional art mediums are used in land sculpture and in a variety of two- and three-dimensional pieces throughout the exhibition.

Our gratitude to Mary Elder Jacobsen and Jody Gladding for organizing the readings.
Thanks also to Linda Mirabile of RavenMark for her generous creation of all our printed materials. We are also very grateful for the talent and incredible care of Robyn Alvin of Alvin Creative as she constructed this webpage on the original site for us.
